Personal injury: I am a 15-year veteran of personal injury lawsuits, and I am a careful and aggressive advocate for my personal injury clients. Unlike criminal defense, where speed is often essential, I take my time with personal injury cases. The first priority after an accident is always proper medical care; pursuing a settlement usually must wait until my client has addressed all medical concerns.
